Under local anesthesia, the titanium post is placed into the jawbone. For same-day eligible patients, this is done flaplessly — no incisions, no sutures. For traditional cases, a small incision is made and sutured closed after placement.
The titanium post fuses with your jawbone over 2–6 months. During this period a temporary crown may be placed. For same-day cases, a functional temporary is placed immediately.
Once integration is confirmed, your permanent custom crown is attached. Fabricated in-office using CAD/CAM technology — matched precisely to your surrounding teeth in shape and shade.
